Job: Process Excellence Director

Description:

Provides leadership and oversight in the successful implementation of the system’s Process Excellence (Lean-Six Sigma) initiative to deliver significant operational improvement, quality/cost benefit and enhanced customer satisfaction. Works in collaboration with Essentia Senior Leadership in the development, implementation, education and coaching of Process Excellence principles. Assures alignment with other system strategic goals.

Qualifications/Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, Business, Management, Finance or related field.
Minimum of three years experience in Lean-Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and Process Management.
Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role
Desired – Black Belt certifications in Lean-Six Sigma
